Cotinus – Purple Smoke Bush

Description

Cotinus are a hardy, deciduous shrub with soft purple foliage. They are a great addition to any garden, great for adding a focal point. In Summer their foliage darkens and changes in Autumn to orange tones. In the warmer months fluffy pink flowers cover the tree giving the impression of smoke, hence the name smoke bush. Cotinus can grow 2-4 m in height and width.
