NOTE:

AFFORDABLE PLANTS is not liable for damage that your plants or containers may sustain while in transit, packages lost in transit, or stolen from their destination. If your product arrives damaged, please contact customer service by clicking this link: info@affordableplants.com.au within 48 hours of receipt, and a review of your claim will be started. You will need to provide photos and your invoice to start the claims process. You will need to retain the package(s) for a minimum of 7 days, as the parcel company may want to inspect the damaged product. We will reship replacements for the damaged product if your damage claim is approved. If we are currently out of stock of that item, we may offer a substitute, or you may wait until the next shipping season for your area.

Wrong Item:

We at Affordable Plants are dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive the right plant, so we pay close attention when labeling and packing. If you get the wrong variety or your order is incomplete for any reason, just let us know as soon as possible!

Customer acknowledges that they understand the plant type they are purchasing as posted on each product page at www.affordableplants.com.au/.

If you make a mistake and order the wrong type of plant, we will not be able to offer a refund or send out an alternate shipment.

If your order arrives missing an item, please contact customer service by clicking this link: info@affordableplants.com.au within 48 hours of receipt. We require a picture of the items received, including the packing slip, and we will reship them. We don’t offer refunds, but if the missing item is out of stock customer may substitute an item of comparable value.

We are happy to exchange goods within 7 days of purchase as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. Plants that have been planted or have wilted due to not being watered or cared for during their time in your possession will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.
It is at the managers’ discretion to exchange or replace goods purchased. This will only be considered upon presentation of your original cash register receipt or online sales invoice.

We are unable to give refunds of any nature due to a change of mind.

Do not plant out plants or neglect them if you intend to seek a refund or exchange. The condition of a refund or exchange is that the goods are returned in their original condition.

While we endeavor to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible, refunds of online orders may take up to 14 days to process if the refund is authorized by the Affordable Plants team.

If you are not satisfied with your plants, then we are not satisfied as our number one priority is to make you happy. If you have an issue with quality or the plants don’t meet your expectations, then contact us immediately, and we will happily exchange them for you within seven days of being delivered.
We cannot offer refunds if you change your mind.

Please check all product descriptions before you order.
We try to give as much information as possible to help you choose, including care notes and sizes and whether products are seeds or bulbs or tube stock plants, or plug plants. Please read carefully. It’s up to you to decide if the plant is right for your climate and location.

Stock Availability

– Not all plants will become available in the future for many reasons, such as poor propagation outcomes, environmental conditions, and plant popularity. Occasionally plants will be listed as out of stock; however, they may never be grown again. We give no guarantee that because you previously purchased a plant variety, that variety will continue to be available in the future.

The products offered on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part.
Due to the ‘live’ nature of seeds and plants, it may sometimes be necessary to offer you a substitute if specific varieties are not in stock on the required delivery day. We ensure every effort is made to supply your chosen items.
